National youth organizations which represents different youth interests and/or protects its rights YOUTH programme Agency of international Youth co-operation Lithuanian Youth Council (LiJOT) Regional organizations, which works on special issues which connected with youth GOVERNMENT MINISTRIES PARLAMENT (SEIMAS) STATE COUNCIL FOR YOUTH AFFAIRS (Secretariat) Commission on Youth and Sport Affairs of the Parliament Unions of Youth NGO's "Round tables" which works in different Lithuania’s districts Experts Commissions 50%/50% Lithuanian Youth policy structure

The main actors in Regionalyouth policy according to Lithuanian low of “Lithuanian youth policy background” • Municipality – creating the policy; • Municipality Council for youth* affairs – advisers council on the policy issues. Consist of municipality (politics + administration persons) representatives 50% + youth representatives50%; • Coordinator of youth affairs – realize youth policy on the municipality area and in others governmental institution in Kaunas region; • Union of Youth NGO's "Round table“ – defends and represents youth interests and rights of concrete city youth organizations and youth in common sense. *Youth in Lithuania - from 16 till 29 years old

Tools for making Youth Policy in Kaunas Region from youth perspective • Kaunas Regional youth and communities foundation (money); • Vice – mayor who is responsible for sport, culture and youth affairs (political decisions); • Municipality Council of Kaunas youth affairs (decisions, youth policy formation); • Coordinator of Kaunas Youth affairs (decisions realization, information);
