  6. Set Out • First determine Ceiling Layout • Material width 1000mm (940mm Steel) • Support Bar centers at 1005mm (945mm Steel)

  10. End Wall Angle • Determine Ceiling Height. • Fix 20 x 20mm Aluminum angle to end walls

  11. Starter Bar • Attach Starter Bar to Support Bar • Use Aluminum Pop Rivets

  12. Position Support Bar • Fix Support Bar to suspension clips • Insert Support Bar Joiners • Fix with Pop Rivet • Close Suspension clip tab

  16. Support Bar Detail • Starter Bar supplied 300mm long including all components • Can be used in any position • Can be supplied in various lengths

  17. Prepare Foil • Determine length of material required • Cut to length using sharp knife • Ensure cut is made on the high side of the corrugation

  18. Non Standard Width • Determine width required. • Roll Foil out onto a suitable Bench. • Cut Foil using a high speed electric circular saw with an Aluminum cutting blade.

  19. Lubricate Support Bar

  20. Feed Foil into Support Bar

  22. Gently Pull Foil into Lubricated Support Bar.

  23. Finishing off your ceiling • Clip bottom section of starter bar into position
