  1. THE FUTURE OF CBD INDUSTRIES It’s no secret that cannabis or CBD is becoming big business. Cannabis has largely been looked at as a controversial substance, and there are still some people who feel that marijuana does more harm than good. However, 29 of the 50 United States and Washington, DC have made medical marijuana legal. This is an indication that more of the American public is starting to support the use and legalization of cannabis; 84% of Americans think cannabis should be used for medical purposes and 61% say that recreational marijuana use is not as big of a deal as it once was, according to Business Insider. While it is true that some of the benefits of marijuana can be overstated by people who are cannabis advocates, there is still more research needed to evaluate just how much marijuana can improve human health. Cannabis Now asserts that by the year 2030, the cannabis industry will be worth $75 billion according to Wall Street experts. According to financial trends, more people will start purchasing cannabis more than alcohol. Some people will even choose cannabis as opposed to alcohol; a report from Cowan and Company states that binge drinking has been dramatically reduced in states where marijuana is legal. Now that cannabis is legalized in more areas, marijuana education will be more prevalent and available. Teachers are not likely to start providing courses and instructions on cannabis use, but there’s a good chance that marijuana will be included in the list of natural treatments that are a viable option for people who suffer from a number of health conditions. People will likely become more comfortable teaching people how to cook with cannabis, and there are already live classes and online courses that cover this subject as well. It is also predicted that technology will be more of a factor in the cultivation of cannabis. The Economist states that “smart farms” will be increasingly common in the growth of cannabis, and that technology will help to analyze the cannabis quality and growth rates. These advancements in agriculture can also ensure that the soil has enough nutrients and moisture to produce quality cannabis that can be used for vaping, processed into oil and used in culinary recipes. Perhaps one of the most important trends to pay attention to when it comes to cannabis is that government will start to be more lenient about the prohibition that is connected with marijuana. When more government officials start to see how beneficial it is to sell and produce cannabis, they will be more likely to support cannabis legalization to fund their own agendas.

  2. It’s clear that cannabis is starting to become more popular because of the ways that the substance can treat conditions like chronic pain and diseases of the eyes. Cannabis is also used to treat conditions like insomnia, depression and anxiety because of the THC in cannabis, which helps to calm the nervous system and prompt the brain to produce more serotonin. As you can see, it’s important to learn more about the cannabis industry, since there’s a good chance that the industry will only grow significantly in the coming years.
