HOW TO CURE THE MID-SUMMER BLUES Whether you just had your summer vacation from work or are preparing to return to school from most of the summer off, realizing summer is coming to an end can bring on a case of the mid-summer blues. For people who really love fun in the sun, it can all come to an end all too quickly. If you find yourself dreading the end of the season and the start of colder temperatures, there are a few ways you can overcome your feelings and enjoy the best that summer has left to offer.  Get a Spray Tan–Even though you’ve spent a lot of your summer break in the pool or on the beach, you probably don’t have a tan to show for it.
