  1. Xerox Technical Support Eliminates “Printer, Not Printing PDF Files” Issue It is easier opening a PDF file in Adobe Acrobat but at times of printing, it can create a mess. There would be no footprints of an error message but the print doesn’t get generated at all. Analyze whether the problem lies with your file or Adobe Acrobat and follow the steps recommended below: 1.Printer issues: Turn off your printing device and switch it to on state for printing it again. Analyze the cable connectivity and PC and make sure both of them are secured in correct place. If you are using a USB cable, plug it into another outlet which you recently worked on.
