  3. Edmodo question • Mr. Gross has 25 pencils. When the pencils are reduced to one-fifth of its original size, it gets too small for him to hold and write and hence he keeps them aside. Mr. Gross does not like to waste things and being a Science teacher he has invented a special glue where he can join the small pencils and make a new pencil. If Mr. Gross uses one pencil everyday, how many days will 25 pencils last?
