Pre-Upgrade P6 Environment • Importing of actual cost from finance system • Project WBS elements are assigned financial elements • Costs are assigned as resources within the Project WBS • Costs are imported monthly and weekly to show traceability • Version: 6.2 • Costing of resources • Uses PNNL finance web service to cost resources • Over 170 possible rate options for each resource

  4. Pre-Upgrade P6 Environment • Update P6 enterprise resource library from HR system • Runs every night • Adds new resources • Marks old resources as inactive • Industry standard reports
