Community School Health & Education Resource Centers What is The Intent? ● To create opportunities for students to succeed in school ● Developing and sustaining collaborative partnerships ● Promote early learning and successful transition into the school ● Promote health and academic achievement ● Promote graduation and transition into adult life.

  7. Community School Health & Education Resource Centers • Schools provide a critical facility in which agencies can work together to maintain the well-being of young people.
