  5. Help People At Risk Some examples might be: • Elderly • Families with small children • People with disabilities • People that do not have much money • People that do not speak English • People that do not have a car • People in unsafe neighborhoods

  7. Step One: Find a Community • Recent disasters • At risk people • Leaders wanting to help • Others wanting to help

  8. Step Two: Talk to Leaders • Explain the steps • Talk about what could be used to help • Set times to meet • Find places to meet • Decide who to invite
