ECHO and Palliative and End of Life Care What? • Learning and sharing through regular ECHO Support meetings (5 - 10 in total) following a curriculum • 15-30 minute traditional teaching presentation • 5-10 minute questions and discussion • 2 case presentations and discussion with peers & MDT • Hub sits at the Hospice • Spokes are the teams or individual practitioners
