  2. What are interpersonal skills? Interpersonal skills are different skills that help you communicate with the people you are talking to or trying to get them to listen to you.

  3. Body language. Body language says a lot about a person. A person who does not make eye contact or who is always looking at the floor will not engage the audience. Engaging the audience is a key component of a successful speech.

  4. Tone of voice. Your tone of voice, the volume of the voice but you cant be to loud or to quiet also you shouldn't be shouting just be calm and speak clearly.

  5. Correct terminology • You must use the correct terminology so people can understand you and don’t use BiGG ICT words to people that don’t no stuff about ICT.
