  2. Amaç • Sekonder tümörleri tanımlamak • Hedeflerimiz: • Sekonder tümörlere sebep olan kemoterapatik ajanları tanımlamak • Sekonder kanserlerde risk faktörlerini tanımlamak • Hemşirenin rol ve sorumluluklarını belirlemek

  3. Fizyopatoloji • Alkileyici ajanlar ve antresiklinler gibi bazi kemoterapik ajanlar hücre DNAsını hasra neden olmasıyla meydana gelir.

  4. Nedenler • Tek ajanlar KT:melpalan,cyclophosphami- de • Kombine kemoterapi:MOPP tedavisi • Eş zamanlı kemo-radyoterapi • Hormonal tedaviler:tamoksifen

  5. KT bağlı sekonder kanserler

  6. KT bağlı sekonder kanserler

  7. RİSK FAKTÖRLERİ • Genetik yatkınlık • Cinsiyet • Kanser tanısı sırasında yaş • Çoklu tedavi protokolü • Tedavi uygulamasına ilişkin program

  8. Hemşirenin rol ve sorumlulukları • Hastada var olan sorunları değerlendirir. • Gerektiğinde hastayı hekime yönlendirir.
