Finance Center Certification Tiers • 7 hours + either Excel quiz or training • 3 req. sessions – Bloomberg, FactSet, CapIQ • Capped with quiz covering training taken 1 • Specialization in training paths • Additional required hours (6+) • Paths include equity analysis, energy 2 • Advanced Training • Substantial training, possible project • May require Excel VBA training, BB cert. 3
