Join us for the first CTSI Skill-Building Workshop, where Dr. Tom Guttuso, a former neurology resident at the University of Buffalo, will share his firsthand experience in obtaining a patent. He will be joined by Scott Catlin, JD from UR Ventures, to discuss key insights related to clinical research, regulatory challenges, and legal considerations. This workshop, sponsored by the CTSI in collaboration with the Training Grant in Experimental Therapeutics and the University Office of Counsel, takes place on October 22, 2014, from noon to 1 PM at Helen Wood Hall Auditorium (HWH, 1W304). Lunch will be provided, so please bring your own drink.
