A catalog of available bioinformatics tools • Bioinformatics Links Directory at the University of British Columbia: • http://www.bioinformatics.ca/links_directory/ • Comprehensive list of software, but NOT complete • Apply tools to analyze biological data, eg, p53 mRNA sequence Each category will contain a list of related soft tools & databases

  4. Capture your answers Eg:  Modify your softcopy of the practical exercise, or • Start a new Word document document… Whatever works for you!! But we encourage you to capture it ELECTRONICALLY.
