  2. How to Login to the f3 Knowledge System 1. Go to the login site at http://www.f3technologies.com/f3/app/login.aspx 2.   3. Introduction to the Layout of KS 1. 2. 3. Upon logging in, the welcome message and home page are displayed. Welcome Message - Access your personal account, home page, and logout of the system from here. Top Navigation Pane - Contains icon links to the modules of KS Left Navigation Pane - Contains Email/Announcement Center, Calendar, Message Board, and Employee Directory.

  4. Left Navigation Pane and Content Pane 1a. 2. The Left Navigation Pane operates with a “tree” organization. a. The Home bar has 5 category trees: i. Email/Announcements - compose and read emails ii. Calendar - view the corporate calendar iii. Message Boards - chat tools iv. Project Management - view projects and report time v. Employee Directory - view employee contact information b. The Knowledge Sharing bar leads to the search function for the knowledge sharing module. 2. The Content Pane displays announcements for Home module and folders or files for the Knowledge Sharing module. 1b.
