Join the Xavier University Mentoring Program to gain valuable insights and connect with experienced mentors. To sign up, complete the online application at [this link](http://www.xavier.edu/career/mentor-app/mentees/apply.cfm), and ensure you include your resume or bio. Only approved mentors will see your information, and you'll receive an email notification once your application is accepted. After being selected, schedule a time for a New Mentee Orientation Session to learn more about your mentor and the program requirements.
