  1. Vibration Sensor Working At present in the industry like research and development, the ability of monitoring, measuring as well as analyzing the vibration is very predominant. Unfortunately, the suitable techniques for making a measurement system for vibration with precise & repeatable are not always clear to researchers with the shades of test tools and analysis of shivering. There are some challenges related while measuring the vibration which includes a selection of suitable component, the configuration of the system, signal conditioning, analysis of waveform and arrangement. This article discusses what is vibration sensor working principle, types, and implementation. Sensors used to measure vibration come in three basic types are displacement, velocity, and acceleration respectively. Displacement sensors measure changes in distance between a machine’s rotating element and its stationary casing. Displacement sensors come in the form of a probe that threads into a hole drilled and tapped in the machine’s frame, just above the rotating shaft's surface. Velocity and acceleration sensors, by contrast, measure the velocity of element the sensor is attached to; which is usually some external part of the machine setting.
