  6. Time vs Depth Green: start inflection Red: end inflection. Find deepest UP adcp depth for each down and upinflection. Ex. in box And remove data below that depth.

  7. Area in box- not associated with an inflection. Do I remove data like this? (Typically at the start and end of each mission)

  8. Time vs Depth On Downward looking ADCP- remove everything deeper than max Up depth.

  9. Time vs. Depth (Eliminate upper 5m)

  10. Compare acoustics to CHL

  11. Krill below CHL? Krill? Krill?
