  3. Felt you can’t possibly leave the house with no make up on? Asked someone, “does my bum look big in this?” Cried over a photo of yourself you don’t like? Made negative comments about the way you look? Said ‘thank you’ when you’ve received a compliment but not believed its really true in your mind? Wished a part of your body was different – smaller/bigger/less wrinkly/less wobbly/longer/shorter etc?
