  2. 自動光學AOI影像處理概念 影像處裡有以下主要參數: 1.工作距離 2.視野範圍 3.景深範圍 4.感測器尺寸 5.解析度

  3. 概念 產品透過CCD感應鏡頭可將光學圖像轉換成電腦可處理的電子訊號，利用影像處理技術，將被檢測物體從背景中分離出來，濾除不要的雜訊後可將物體的特徵抽取出來，進行相關的影像分析。

  4. 應用 廣泛運用在半導體、面板與節能產業，包括平面顯示器(FPD)、印刷電路板(PCB)、發光二極體(LED)與太陽能(Solar cell)的生產與檢測設備。 模具、螺絲與鑽頭等工件檢測設備也採用機器視覺技術作檢測，包括工件有無之判斷、條碼辨識、定位、尺寸量測、顏色檢測、印刷檢測與瑕疵檢測等 在螺絲檢測方面，可檢測螺絲頭的裂痕等缺陷，並量測螺距、半徑、長度等尺寸。
