This study examines the release of IL-10, IL-6, and MMP-1 mRNA from donor 4 under specific conditions, revealing significant differences in expression levels. Key findings include IL-10 release measured in pg/ml with notable p-values (<0.001), highlighting the effect of different peptide conditions on cytokine release. Statistical analyses indicate meaningful variations in expression patterns for cytokines, providing insights into immune response mechanisms. Our results could have broader implications for therapeutic strategies in modulating immune responses.
