  5. Mengapa ? • Loading cepat • Ringan • Navigasi lebih mudah, meski tanpa mouse • Informasi lebih mudah terbaca meski layar kecil

  6. Dynamic Web Theme • Web Server Melakukan identifikasi client yang meminta layanan. • Jika Client merupakan perangkat desktop, maka diberikan tampilan untuk layar desktop, jika tidak maka disajikan tampilan mobile.

  7. Identifikasi Perangkat Mobile • Menggunakan User agent string : adalah string yang dikirim dari browser ke web server, berisi informasi tentang tipe browser, os dan versi • Periksa user agent anda dengan berunjung ke http://whatsmyuseragent.com/

  8. Percobaan 1 • Install Firefox dengan Plugin user agent switcher • Navigasi browser ke kaskus.us, • Ganti user agent menjadi IPhone 3.0 • Buka tab baru navigasi browser ke m.kaskus.us • Ubah kembali ke default user agent

  10. Percobaan 2 • Coba masuk ke situs-situs tsb, dengan menggunakan berbagai user agent • Anda bisa menambahkan user agen baru pada user agent switcher • Cari berbagai macam string user agent menggunakan google

  11. Percobaan 3 • Install wordpress di komputer anda • Isi blog wordpress anda dengan 2 artikel bebas • Install plugin untuk mobile device theme switcher (WordPress Mobile Pack ) • Ubah themes anda ke themes dengan dukungan web mobile • Lihat tampilan web anda dengan user agent iphone 3

Kesimpulan • Halaman Web untuk keperluan mobile device lebih kecil, ringan dng navigasi yang sederhana • Beberapa situs hanya memperbolehkan versi mobilenya diakses oleh perangkat mobilenya saja, karena alasan ekonomis. • Identifikasi jenis terminal klien / browser didapat dari user agent string yang dikirim oleh klien
