Big Health Day Workshops 2012 We will be holding 4 workshops during May to bring people with learning disabilities and their carers together to ask you about your experiences of using health services. The workshops will be for 20 people who will work in small groups to talk about their experiences. We will be talking about if we are getting things right for people with a learning disability and ask you about how we can make things better. All workshops include Lunch and Refreshments. If you would like to attend one of the workshops please fill in the attached form and email or post it to the Learning Disability Health Facilitation Team by the 8th of May 2012 Please only attend one workshop.
