  7. Social Security Administration Partnership Update Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act of 2004 Section 7211 • Requires minimum standards for birth certificates. • Provides grants for matching birth and death records.

  8. Social Security Administration Partnership Update Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act of 2004 Section 7213 • Requires independent verification of birth records. • Add death indicators to SSN verification systems. • Improve the EAB process. • Evaluate EAB and report to Congress.
