Martinez, US Army be considered and awarded the Congressional Medal of Honor, which the Pentagon has denied this American Veteran Hero of Mexican decent .The American GI Forum is also supporting that US Army Sgt. Manuel F. Martinez be awarded the Congressional Medal of Honor, based on his Heroic Actions documented among those that served alongside Sgt. Martinez in the republic of Vietnam. Many others have also requested a consideration for Sgt. Martinez to be awarded the Congressional Medal of Honor. Mr. President based on these facts, I urge you to consider and award Sgt Manuel F.
