  4. INTRODUCTION In this present era mental health is a global issue. The rate of prevalence and incidence of mental disorders are high than the past

More women are affected than men. • Bipolar affective disorder -60 million people • Schizophrenia and other psychoses- 23 million • Dementia - 50 million people • Developmental disorders, including autism
