  1. New Subsection for Park Impact Fee Ordinance • Language to include DRIs into Park Impact Fee Formula Section 29-84 (c). Review RequirementsThe formula to calculate Parks Impact Fee shall be adjusted when development activities commence within an approved Development of Regional Impact. Development activities include: subdivision of land, construction or alteration of structures, roads, utilities, and other facilities; dredging; paving; excavation; grading; deposit of fill materials; and clearing of natural vegetative cover (with the exception of agricultural and silvicultural activities, or land management activities such as wildfire mitigation).
