Roy Blackburn worked as medical director at LAKEVIEW REHABILITATION HOSPITAL, Elizabethtown, KY from July 1994- June 1995. Dr. Roy Blackburn was a physician employee at DR. SHANE VERVOORT, Pensacola, and Ft. Walton Beach, FL from July 1993- June 1994.
Roy Blackburn also attended ST. Vincent MEDICAL CENTER, Staten Island, NY where he was Resident- Internal Medicine from July 1987- June 1990.
