Summary of Activity • Attended both the DC and CASI Conferences. • Attended all Fresher's’ meetings and Web committee meetings. • Working closely with Alan Tavener and Ann Logie on the music transition; looking at structure and branding. • Working with Sarah towards being able to be a champion of the NUS Widening Participation scheme • Welcome Team recruitment

Impact • Making sure that music arrives at the union with a bang and that it becomes more accessible and attractive. • If we become WP champions, it’ll look fantastic and highlight the great work that is being done in that area and gives scope for further impact. • Welcome team applications are coming back thick and fast so its looking like we’re going to have loads os support during freshers.

  4. Coming Up… • Broadening Horizons week planning cont.; Andy, Carole, Phil • Planning Welcome team training and Clubs and Socs training; Carole + Susan • Working on getting accounts to put on the web map and have that active; David • Anyone else looking forward to students getting here?
