By way of this policy, the government aims at creating Affordable Apartments at L Zone where people would be able to enjoy all of life’s luxuries without having to spend a huge amount of money. This scheme or policy also aims at developing Flats in Dwarka that can be sold off within an affordable range. The whole idea behind putting forward the LPP is developing available land for the purpose of meeting the growing demands of homes among the people of Delhi. LPP- What are the Major Benefits? It is not just Residential Apartments in Dwarka that would be the best result of the LPP in place. By way of this policy, land would be acquired from land owners and used for the purpose of infrastructural development. Part of land would be retained by the owners themselves to be used for their very own intended purposes.

It is also worth noting that LPP has been brought forward by the Delhi Development Authority that has also worked on Master Plan Delhi 2021.
