WHAT EQUIPMENT MANAGER SOFTWARE DOES FOR YOU • Greatly simplifies checking equipment in and out • Gives greater accuracy for equipment utilization • Keeps track of the age of your equipment • Keeps track of the status of all equipment in your inventory • Keeps track of your inventory stocking levels • Locates owners and status of their equipment

This information is convenient when ordering equipment to determine how many of what sizes to order for your team each season.

Examples: Type of helmet make and model, helmet pads, face mask configuration What make and model of shoulder pad, size and any special configurations a player wears What shoe sizes and turf or grass shoe players wear

SERIALIZED • Each piece of equipment has a unique identification number assigned to it • Identification number is used whenever the equipment is checked out, repaired or refurbished • Examples would be helmets, shoulder pads, game jerseys, game pants • Maintains a complete history of each piece of equipment • Quickly determine who the piece of equipment is assigned to and its status • Can be used for authentication of game worn equipment

EXPENDABLE AND NONEXPENDABLE • Uses an identification number that identifies a collection of the same items • Examples are shoes, gloves, hats, shirts and sweats • Equipment is automatically subtracted from equipment room inventory and added to assigned personnel's inventory • Warns when inventory stocking level falls below a predetermined minimum level

Labeling Options • Use bar code labels supplied by manufacturer • SportSoft supplied preprinted labels for helmets and shoulder pads • Customer printed paper labels for items that do not have a barcode already • Customer printed on demand cloth labels for clothing • Bar board labels for equipment that is impractical to label individually
