Progress Completed Order/Fabricate SS Piping for HBD Purge gas from all detectors DAQ tests Prep. for Shutdown work (open doors, move carriages, etc. Pave access to gas pad/mixing house/1008 South Fit up “Bridge” and mark CM for drilling Measure Bridge area for utilities support Remove Bridge, drill & tap CM for Bridge Install Bridge MuRPC-remove Caen Crate, remove all wiring and plumbing, remove prototype panels Remove all TOF West Prototype wiring/piping Relocate Crates On MMS Backplate For Improved Access Prepare EC for subsystems work Remove MVD Install Measureflos in cooling circuits

BridgeUtilities Central Magnet Platform Utilities Plan • Water supply and return tap into East Carriage Branch supply and return hard piping below NMM. • Run hard pipe (2”) up east side of NMM without blocking access hatches or lampshade removal. • Flexible loop to supply and return manifolds underneath platform as close to east edge as possible. (2” Manifolds run full north-south length of platform with tees perpendicular to location of each crate (9 crates) solenoid, measurflo and ¼ turn manual ball valve on each supply tee. • 12 “ cable tray with divider for HV runs full length of platform just below platform on east side of CM flux return. • Piping and cable trays to be installed after CM platform is installed using manlift and access from platform by removing sections of grating. • Plumbers to install risers to flexible loop. Phenix to install manifolds

  7. BridgeUtilities Supply and Return are routed along NMM south of access panel Feed for Bridge electrical. Fed from a junction box below East carriage

  8. BridgeUtilities Electric Distribution panel with feed down to CM replaces old Supply and Return Manifolds mounted under platform on east side of Flux Return 12 inch cable tray Divided for HV and Signal under Bridge near front edge feed

  9. BridgeUtilities Access to Work on Cable trays and manifolds by lifting out grating and from manlift

  10. BridgeUtilities Racks to be in single row down center of platform over middle grating. North most section is open to allow access to front and back of racks

  11. Access to top of MMS for MuTr FEE replacement
