ASG/Motion • Detroit Motion DC Inventory Placement • Motion Increased SKU’s at DC’s • Includes Williams & Bahco Screwdrivers, Hammers, C-Clamps, Pliers & Portabands. • Increased Opportunity at CCI Mines • End User reassigned to Seasoned Rep • Taking BNA to all departments with good results • Delivery Issues could severely impact business • Owens-Corning - Newark, OH • Continue to have opportunity to test against Simonds - Internal issue with past tests

ASG/Motion • Industrial Products Sales Growth Program • Targets Industrial MRO Supply • Reviews Current Status & Goals of Program • Sales Growth Program designed to focus IP sales on small to medium accounts that have sales from $6K to $100K w/ GP of 25% + • Performa to show impact of sales on the top and bottom line - Specific to the Branch • Program will be presented to all Divisional Managers and Group VP’s next week. ASG/Motion/EIS • Trend is to add Divisional Industrial Product Specialist • Support Key Divisional Branch IPS efforts • Detroit added IPR acquired from Grainger • New Orleans added New IPS • West Virginia has IPS - Troy Parsons • EIS Opening Mexican Opperations • EIS to Supply POS Report • ASG Sales posted to Branch • EIS Reps cover large geographical area • Improve ability to pay reps based on end user

Motion/EIS Field Support Issues • Field Coverage Issues • Review Coverage in Each Region. • Pittsburgh, New England, West Virginia, Kentucky, Eastern Ohio to name a few areas of concern • Are key branches assigned and being worked • Are Agents working program to your satisfaction • Are the EIS locations being worked • Sales are being reported: Commissions and Bonuses are being paid, are they being earned

McMaster-Carr • 2003 Lost Bandsaw Blades Impacting Sales by $1.5M • Currently BNA has held the top Stock Out Position for over 4 weeks at McM-Carr • Extremely Visible up to the highest level • Backorder listing is 18 pages long • Lost Sales approx. $75K+ YTD • Problem is extremely serious • New HT Product Manager - Ray Connelly
