Major Activities • SCOHT members participated in the Freight Team that developed recommendations for the AASHTO Board for the next authorization. • The findings and conclusions for the 2007 freight scan in China are being disseminated. • The NCHRP 20-7 project for Vehicle Size and Weight Management will be completed this fall.

  3. Crosscutting Issues • Size and weight issues, balancing economic issues with safety and pavement/bridge impacts
