  3. The employee’s opinion • They want to increase their handling rare goods and private goods. Then they want to be known by many people. therefore • Following ideas are important things.

  4. SWOT analysis ( EC shop ) • A strong point • They can reduce the job space( Only 2 PC space ). • They can sell the whole Japan( Such as Tokyo).

  10. An our idea 1 for increase sales • The housewife's who does the cake making seeming to refer most is recipe of the magazine. Therefore • The magazine ad is good.

  11. Simulation • Using newspaper is not reality. It is so high cost. So using region paper is reality. Because many housewives look paper’s like riving Matsuyama.

  17. Strengths • What does the company do well? →I develop the sale in not only the store but also the net shop • Is the company have a strong in Its market? →Yes. There seem to be few people in the same profession. They can sell the whole Japan( Such as Tokyo).
