  2. Advantages • A perfect hotel for budget! If they don't want to spend too much money on the accommodation in order to spend more in shopping • The staff were really attentive and friendly.Also they was on their toes at all times, seeking to serve and please

The hotel is in a good location, nearby many restaurants and provision stores, made the location acceptable. • The access to all sights in Paris is so easy from the hotel, in 10 meters you have bus station that takes you to all direction Opera, Champs Elleyse, louver.Furthermore there are 2 Metro stations 200 meters from the hotel

  4. Disadvantages • The hotel is very dirty. There are hair everywhere • The room is very small, not clean and bad-equipped: no mini-bar, filthy bathroom,one towel • a built-in closet with broken doors • They don´t change the bed´s sheets even if it is the day you arrived. • No air-condition and no fan • Poor food • No ichomonosis

  5. Suggestions-recommendations • Renovate the hotel. To put new furniture and new equipment. • The room service have to clean the rooms more often and the change the bed sheets every day or every 2 days. • They have to buy fresh products. • The chef must to cook the same day that they serve to customers.
