  2. There are many cases, which reported rental scams. It can happen in many ways like fake property, fake owner, fake name, etc. People directly fells for all kinds of fraudulent activities. Renting a property is a hectic process, but if not done properly, you can also be a victim of rental scam.

  3. How to avoid rental scammers?

  4. Don't ever give away anyone money if you've never met them personally, or seen the property.

  5. Ever encountered an ad for a rental property in the ideal region, in great condition, with an astonishing landscape, near to all facilities with all new floors and appliances and it's cheaper than all the listings in the same region! Avoid this kind of ads. Be doubtful if there's no explanation for the low price.

  6. Always be careful if their area code does not counterpart yours.

  7. If you phone up a number and don't receive a voicemail, it's probably a scammer.
