Cash for Grass -Pre and/or post inspections -Artificial turf allowed -Gallons per square foot of water savings -Two fulltime employees -O&M covers staff time -CIP funds cover rebate -Estimated cost per acre foot +/- $800 -Staff must have prior knowledge of low water use plants, irrigation systems, etc. -Best intentions ≠ expected results (good or bad)
