The Safe Haven Outreach, an incorporated body based in Tasmania, have been accredited by the Australian Government (Australian Tax Office) as a registered working charity and have been granted Income Tax Exemption and Gift Recipient Certificate Status as of July 1st 2000.

  2. Although Safe Haven have operated for some 4 ½ years "helping the kids on the streets of Tasmania" they have received no funding from Federal, State or Local Government until a recent grant from the “Tasmanian Community Fund” allowed them the opportunity to open the new Food Bank / Youth Factory.

  3. With the endorsement ofGift Recipient Certificate Status, comes the opportunity for businesses, private individuals and organisations to make donations of cash, goods or services with amounts valued over $2.00 being fully tax deductible under Australian Tax Laws.

  4. THE SAFE HAVEN OUTREACHneeds funds, donations, goods and services to continue operating and saving the kids of Tasmania from the pitfalls associated with drugs, booze and the runaway lifestyle on our cities streets.

  5. They need donations of the following: • Up to 5 Bedroom House in each major city • Street Patrol Vans (transit or similar) • Petrol and Maintenance on vehicles • Donations for rent of Food Bank / Factory • Food / grocery products of all types • New computers and office equipment • Electricity and Phone costs donated • Donations to cover ongoing running costs • To assist as you can, contact Safe Haven Outreach Inc.on 0428 343515 – 03 63312212 or forward your donation toSafe Haven Outreach102 Wellington St. Launceston,Tasmania.

  6. These kids are worth saving and this work must continue. You may choose to ignore this plea for help in the ongoing efforts or you may choose to do something positive about helping this organisation to continue to save the kids, feed the families, help to build a better and more positive Tasmania and Australia The next page is your opportunity to help.
