What is ParentPay..? • ParentPay is the online service that allows parents to make secure online credit and debit card payments to school for: • Dinner money • Trips • After school clubs • Etc... • How it works... • Parents login and make payments • School receives payment straight into their bank account

  3. Using ParentPay • On the next slides we’ll give you an overview of how to use ParentPay! • How to login • What you see once logged in • Making a payment

  4. How to login... Go to www.parentpay.com and click Login

  5. How to login continued... • Enter your Account activation: • Username • Password • Click Login

  6. What you’ll see once logged in... • You’ll see a site similar to this – personalised for our school: Our own school logo • Welcoming message from us giving you: • Useful information about trips and events • Links to other useful websites • Links to useful contact email addresses A summary of info about your children

  7. Making a payment... • Enter all the requested details; these may include: • Quantity • Giving consent for a school trip • Entering an amount to pay • Entering a note • Click Continue Click My payment items

  8. Making a payment continued... Enter your payment details and click Make payment. Next you’ll see an onscreen receipt – you’ll also receive a receipt via email. You can review your payment history at any time by clicking My accounts.
