Nursing FacilityFamily Satisfaction Survey Report Wiley Mission EXECUTIVE SUMMARY CONFIDENCE PDQ RATING * Insufficient Data to calculate the Performance and Distinction Ratings • The Confidence PDQ is a resource exclusive to the Confidence Program that provides a “snapshot” of your community's satisfaction survey results based on a “5-Star” rating system. A 5-Star PDQ ranking represents the highest Confidence PDQ Rating a community may achieve. • The Confidence PDQ Rating provides a clear, uniform “language” to communicate overall results to residents and clients, families, and staff on how your community is ranked on the following key components: • Performance(evaluation of services, staff and management, health/personal care, and programs) • Distinction(“value-added” services and amenities, quality of life dimensions, wellness programs, and security/safety factors) • Quality(overall measure of satisfaction with the community and recommendation of the community by customers)

Based on a 5 point scale. A recommended target "mean score" is 4, representing a rating of "good" overall for each characteristic. Mean scores of +/-5% or more are considered significant.
