  3. מדדי אמינות (Planning) • Perfect order fulfillment– אחוז ההזמנות המסופקות באופן מושלם כלומר: המוצר הנכון, במועד המובטח, בכמות, למקום המתאים, עם הניירת המתאימה ובאיכות המתאימה • Fill Rate– אחוז ההזמנות שסופקו מהמלאי תוך 24 שעות • Forecast Accuracy– אחוז דיוק תחזית Forecast Accuracy = Maximum of (1 –Variance/Actual) or Zero Variance = | actual – forecast | Example: Forecast = 100 Sales = 120 Forecast Accuracy = 1 – 20/120 = 83% יש לשנות כאן (דרך תצוגה -> תבנית בסיס את שם המצגת

  4. מדדי תגובתיות • Order Fulfillment Cycle Time– משך ממוצע מהזמנת לקוח ועד אספקה ללקוח • Plan Cycle Time– משך ממוצע של זמן תהליך התכנון (על סוגיו השונים) יש לשנות כאן (דרך תצוגה -> תבנית בסיס את שם המצגת

  5. מדדי עלות • Cost to Plan Supply Chain- עלות ביצוע התכנון • Transportation costs (מדד לתכנון משלוחים) – עלות ממוצעת של משלוח יחידה יש לשנות כאן (דרך תצוגה -> תבנית בסיס את שם המצגת

  6. מדדי נכסים • Inventory Days of Supply [total gross value of inventory] / [Annual COGS / 365] • ניתן לחישוב על כל המלאי או לפי סוג המלאי (חו"ג/בתהליך/תוצ"ג) יש לשנות כאן (דרך תצוגה -> תבנית בסיס את שם המצגת
