102 學年 度第 2 學期 房東座談會. 國立高雄應用科技大學 校外 賃居中心. 102 學年度第 2 學期 房東座談會. 藉由每年舉辦的房東座談會，向建工、燕巢校區周邊房東說明其權利與義務，為有賃居需求的高應大同學提供更優質的校外賃居品質，並藉此座談會減少往後賃居生可能與房東的磨擦，讓校外賃居中心更能完全落實關懷、熱忱、安全、互助等四大原則，建立本校校外賃居中心的口碑，幫助更多有需求的同學。並加強與校外房東建立良好的互動溝通，並推動房東租屋資料的回報機制，故藉此房東座談會議達到學生、學校、房東間三贏之局面。. 師長致詞. 活動情形. 活動大合照.
