PROVINCIAL TRAINING ALLOWANCE ON-LINE APPLICATION- Parental Section
Parent Demographic • As a dependent applicant, your Parent(s) or Guardian(s) are required to complete this section • The left menu automatically updates to provide the additional screens • Select Next at the bottom of the screen to save the information
Parent Demographic • Your parent’s 2011 income will be obtained directly from the Canada Revenue Agency
Parent Dependents • To list Parent Dependents, select Add Dependent
Add Dependent • Add the requested information for your first dependent • To add additional dependents, select Add Another Dependent • You can Cancel This Dependent if you make a mistake prior to selecting Save Dependents. • Select Save Dependents once all your dependents information has been added. You will be taken back to the Parent Dependents screen
Review/Submit Application • Select View Application to review your information
View Application • Review information to ensure you have entered all information correctly
Review/Submit Application • If you need to update information, use the left menu to select the screen that requires updating • Once you are sure your information is complete, select Submit Application
Submission Result • If you have not provided all required information, you will receive an error message • To update the information, select the highlighted area on the message or select the appropriate screen from the left menu
