Previous project objectives • Support best practice: • Creating global processes • Change management • Establish Process Ownership responsibilities and KPI’s • Creating an environment of continual improvement • Use for Regulatory/Audit requirements: • ISO, SOX ERDF, LRQA, ITIL, TS16949 • Reduce auditor time • Process Improvement: • Reducing waste by using LEAN and Six Sigma principles • Identifying bottlenecks, duplication and reusable processes • Help combine processes following mergers and acquisitions

  8. Library usage How often is your process library used? From our anecdotal evidence, we believe only 29% of our customers are actually using something like Weblog or Google Analytics to measure usage of their libraries.

  10. The future is upon us The UK smartphone audience currently stands at 31.7 million users* (60.4%). This Number is expected to continue to rise to 81% of all mobile users in 2017. Tablet users now number at over 19 million, one third of the UK population. 64% are between 25 and 65.
