1. ONE DAY DESIGN CONSULTATION DESIGN PROCESS Here’s when the real fun begins! In this step I will meet with you for a minimum of two hours to help you plan out your room, pick paint colors, select materials, or help with whatever else you need. Once I understand what you are trying to accomplish, I will set up an appointment with you so I can visit your house and help you with your project. STEP 1: CONTACT ME STEP 2: SCHEDULE Step 3: DESIGN • FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS • Is a One Day Design Consultation right for me? • Sometimes you need a second opinion or a little assistance with your interior design or renovation project.  Single design sessions are designed for those who only need a few hours of help. • This service is great for those who feel confident in carrying out the design plan on their own. Another great benefit is that you make purchases at your leisure. The design plan takes the guess-work out of pulling together the completed look. With this service, you also have up to two weeks to ask additional questions regarding your plan at no additional cost. • Here are some examples of common design issues I can help you with during a One Day Design Consultation session: • Getting some help when you are in the middle of an overwhelming renovation project and need some design advice. This is my most popular design service! • Picking the perfect paint color for a single room or your entire home. • Assistance shopping for artwork and accessories.  In this case, I typically would stop by your home to assess your style, understand your needs, and review your existing inventory. Then we go shopping at some local and the fun begins! • Using what you have, I will help you refresh your space and make recommendations for future improvements and purchases, if needed. • Choosing window treatments, tile, countertop, or flooring materials. • Getting a second opinion on furniture, rugs, or fixtures that you are thinking about buying from a mass retailer such as Restoration Hardware, Pottery Barn, Crate and Barrel, etc. • After the meeting, I will follow up with an email to you regarding any suggestions, sourcing information or instructions that we discussed about your space so you can execute the design plan yourself. • How Much Will it Cost? • $125/hour with a 2 hour minimum* • For single design sessions, I like to keep things simple and charge by the hour. Most single session design services can be completed in 2 hours or less, but if you want to keep me longer, that’s fine with me!
