What are the goals? • Increase - Attendance • Increase - Test Scores • Decrease – Dropout Rates • Increase – College Enrollment, Desert Challenges • Systemic Implementation of AVID • AVID will not be in isolation rather school-wide focus. • WICOR Daily - Writing, Inquiry, Collaboration, Organization, and Reading • Environmental Goals – College visibility in every classroom and college Thursday • Year 1 Focus – Collaboration and Reading
