  3. Let’s revisit the maps….. What possible problems could arise when partitioning India? In your pairs, write down as many ideas as you can think of. Then, choose one idea and write it on your whiteboard.

  4. Use the cards in your groups to solve the following mystery: Why was it hard to reach an agreed decision on partition? Who do you think had a greater influence in the decision making process in partitioning India?
