V ikings. The V ikings were from Sweden Norway and Denmark . Vikings lived in houses made of wood stone and turf. They usually lived on farms Viking men were craftsmen or traders. Viking women did all the housework. Viking children helped there mothers at home learnt from stories. .

  1. Vikings The Vikings were from Sweden Norway and Denmark

  2. Vikings lived in houses made of wood stone and turf. They usually lived on farms Viking men were craftsmen or traders. Viking women did all the housework. Viking children helped there mothers at home learnt from stories.

  3. The clothes that the Vikings wore were made of cloth leather and fur. And they always wore jewellery.

  4. The Vikings loved there meat and they ate of wooden plates and drank from horns.

  5. The Vikings sailed around Europe on long ships called long ships.

  6. The Vikings came to England in 865. They were looking for treasure.

  7. The Vikings were vicious warriors who used spears shields and swords

  8. The Vikings captured most of England but not Wessex

  9. The Vikings had their own alphabet called runes. They carved it into stone.

  10. Vikings worshiped there own gods like the mighty Thor who ruled the skies storms and thunder.

  11. The Vikings used coins for trading witch were measured by weight.

  12. The Viking era in England ended in1066 when William the conqueror won England.
